I help leaders find their voice.

You’ve got influence – a title, a platform, a room full of people – but something still feels off.

✔︎ Maybe you’re prepping for a high stakes talk and need feedback you can actually trust.

✔︎ Maybe you keep second-guessing what to say, how to say it or make it compelling.

✔︎ Maybe you walk off stage or out of meetings unsure if your message really landed.

✔︎ Maybe you’re trying to earn greater trust with the people you lead.

✔︎ Maybe you’re searching for language to describe your vision and leadership so others can follow confidently.

The problem isn’t the lack of something to say. It’s how you prepare, how you connect, and how you actually be yourself.

And the good news?
You don’t have to figure it out alone.

What I Know

Most leaders aren’t lacking content or talent – they’re prepping in a way that doesn’t match with how they’re wired. They’re stuck in someone else’s method. They write what they think they should say, then stress about how to deliver it without sounding like a robot. And usually still end up sounding like a robot.

I’ve experienced the benefit when leaders find their rhythm, develop a prep process that actually works, and deliver with confidence – on stage and in everyday leadership. It starts with knowing who we are and learning how to prepare in a way that reflects that. Whether stepping onto a stage, leading a team meeting, or giving feedback to someone – your communication matters.

We’ll work together to:

  • Clarify your message and what matters most

  • Build confidence through purposeful preparation

  • Communicate and lead as the real you — not a copy of someone else

  • Unlock self-awareness using tools like the Seven Primal Questions

  • Lead conversations, teams, and audiences more effectively

Let’s find your voice together.

A little about me.

For over a decade I’ve pastored, coached, and come alongside leaders through speaking, group workshops, and one-on-ones. I help leaders find their rhythm, develop a prep process that actually works, and deliver with confidence – on stage and in everyday leadership.

Because of my role as a pastor, I’ve had the privilege to be part of a small team shaping the messages at a church experienced by over 30,000 people each week. I’ve learned from some of the best communicators and storytellers in the world while being trusted to give feedback to sharpen their messages to be even more effective.

But I didn’t start there. I’ve had flops on stage, watched from the sideline, and spent years– through failure and feedback – figuring out how to prepare in my communication so I actually sound like me and move people to action.

I’ve learned the key to great communication isn’t just talent. It’s preparation and feedback that helps you show up as yourself. That’s the work I love to do.
